Do you touch patient data?
No. We fetch only the public pages you tell us to monitor, exactly the way a visitor's browser would. We never log in, never see forms, and never handle protected health information, so no BAA is needed.
How fast will I know a site is down?
Sites are checked about every 2 minutes. An outage is confirmed with a second check before anyone is alerted, so a single slow response doesn't wake you up at 3am.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Your first purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Do my clients see your brand?
Not on Agency plans. Alerts and reports go out from your own domain with your logo, and status pages carry your name. The Practice plan sends from our domain.
What counts as a website?
One URL you want checked. A client's marketing site and their booking page are two websites if you want both watched separately.
Is a card required for the trial?
Yes. You get 14 days of the Agency plan free. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
